Refund policy

To request a refund on an item purchased via this website, please visit our return portal at   All refund requests and return shipping labels are handled via that return portal only.

Torajamelo supports a 18-day return policy from the date of purchase confirmation, applicable only to items purchased from this website . Only items in the following categories qualify for a refund:

  1. Item arrived at customer's home damaged
  2. Item that arrived at customer's home is different from the item in the purchase confirmation provided by Torajamelo

To qualify for a return, the customer must request the refund via the website above and the item must arrive back at our shop no greater than 18 days from the date of the original purchase confirmation .

To be eligible for returns in the two scenarios listed above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
